Our first flight holiday with a baby, but it was Fuerteventura and the Iberostar Playa Gaviotas park very convenient! The hotel is in a very tidy state, our room was big and we were very comfortable. The whole complex was clean and the staff very friendly. All of the staff are adjusted to germans, since 80% of the guests from Germany journeys. The hotel is a absolute family hotel, there are hardly any singles. read more

    Our room was great! We have locally a free updrade to a suite. This consisted of a large living and dining area, a small kitchenette, a spacious bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a beautiful sea view-balcony. A room to be comfortable, really top! The room was very well maintained, only the dead mosquitoes on the walls were not so great.

    There's a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Lunch, ice cream and cakes is served in the pool restaurant. The selection was rich, it were every day specialities, always freshly grilled fish, meat, octopus or prawns. The salad buffet is great! There are beverages for every meal time from vending machines and self-service, i found this somewhat a pity. The it except at night only plastic cups ☺ Upon arrival we were told that we per week 3 time the neighbor hotel for going out to eat could. We have a night out. There is the ambience and the dishes a bit high quality. As we again want to use it, i was by the lady at reception said the directorate this not more to offer, only a testbesuch per stay. Really a shame!

    All of the staff were very friendly and obliging. Almost everyone speaks fluent german, which certainly the guests therein, we but a little bit a shame find. So you almost the feeling one is in Germany on the way... The cleaning of the rooms was done well, entertainment was offered, we didn't use them. There is a doctor right at the hotel, he comes every day an hour. We booked this because of our small also once visited. He speaks german and was super helpful for us. The child care we have every day watching, the small had a lot of fun. The entertainers have a lot of trouble!

    There are 3 really nice pools, of which we use, since this was heated. Despite every day 25 degrees were the other two pools not warm enough for longer to swim. Chairs were more than enough available. During the day you can relax in the entertainment participate. Every evening there was changing shows and a kid's disco. It has a gym with spinning wheels, you could also for small tours bicycles. There is also a bowling alley provide, the we looked at.

    On the way there we are from the airport about 1 hour 15 minutes to go. To the beach one runs 5 minutes, a very nice road. There is also a short cut through the neighboring Iberostar hotel. Also this we after a bit of searching found ☺. To the next spar market is 15 minutes, the prices there are regular-no tourist rip-off. There you can change a diaper, glass or other forgotten article buy. To the next town you walked about 30 minutes a very nice road at the sea past a lighthouse. We were there for shopping, that was enough.

Noisy hotel information the hotel has less than 300 rooms. Because of the size the hotel spread the guests, so you never the feeling has, that it is. The whole area is always a very well-kept impression, with visible signs of usage in the normal area. We had as many other also booked all inclusive. On the first week of vacation felt 90% germans tourists with a high share 60 + ; in the 2. half increasingly english and french guests with children ( winter vacation!). read more

    We had (upgrade) a large suite with a view of the sea, that means 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (a good size, but the ladies sure about a makeup mirror would be very pleased. Hair dryer with 1400 watt, bathtub with shower). And a lounge with separate couch (didn't use); tv, fridge and balcony. Reason for complaint was the hardness of my mattress. As i because of the evaluation of a hotelgasts Martina from december 2012 the hotelierkommentar had read, that for these cases '... Softer übermatratzen...' Are available, i asked on the 2. day of stay at the front desk with reference to the comment (!) To remedy the situation. Both ladies knew regarding that. Nothing, quoted but the 'complaint' -but without subsequent remedy. I spoke days later a directorate assistants on ; on the next day again. He noted the number-nothing happened. Lier the hotelier or? A great shame! Only therefore the significant flaw during the room evaluation!

    The breakfast and dinner ( morning v.8:00-10.30; evening 2 groups of 18:00-19,30 and 19,30-21:00) is in the main restaurant restaurant. We never had a problem a table for 2 people to find. The lunch is volt 12,30-15:00 ausschl. In the snack bar ('pool bar') offered, there then also coffee and cake until 17,30. The quality of the dishes in the evening stands out clearly from the lunch-but you also lunch clearly more than a snack offer finds-. The abendessensangebot is clearly a good 4-star hotel. The noise is in the normal area.

    Overall very friendly appearing staff from the front desk to the maids (whereby and other staff who apparently very long working hours in the service area to look at). Much praise goes to our room service ( room 5125) and many thanks for the tools ☺. To deal with ' complaints' but there was a negative statement (more to it under ' Rooms '), the but not to the evaluation einfliesst.

    The entertainers we found always nice and not pushy. Since we the days mostly outside the complex spent there, we can't really the animation program for adults make. The kids' program but probably is apparently very good. As it was only a few confirmed stupid couch reservierer gave, you had optically seen never a problem free chairs to get (not used by us). Beach chairs with clear signs of usage.

    On the side direction Aldiana-area easy walk to the beach ( maximum 10 minutes; back through increase, where appropriate, a bit more ☺ ). Transfer from / to the airport indicated reiseveranstalterbus up to 2 hours ( especially if still hotels in Costa Calma on the route). Small shopping center Ventura including supermarket through the tunnel about minutes distance. Shopping mall approximately 30 minutes away( also various local). Highly recommended are here the small beach restaurants in Morro Jable ( about 1 hour walk on the beach). Public. Buses to Costa Calma or pto. Rosario on the promenade. All told is the hotel complex-next to the Aldiana- at the end the long sandy beach of Jandia.

We were during the last two februarwochen in this hotel. The best about the hotel is the child care in the mini club. Especially we want to Tino, Katharina, Silvia and Lena for the great care of Felix and Anna thank you. Tino is a real all-rounder, the calmer children in the group integrated. Also Katharina has a great skill for, when it the children once too much is. You know, that the mood in the team is great and we were happy, that we, as non-neckermannkunden the same service could! It was just nice and you could not have ... loved it. We will definitely come back -the hotel is an absolute recommendation for families with small children. Only fly in the ointment is the large dining room with poor acoustics. read more

We have on this vacation very comfortable and we can really happy to recommend. Very family friendly, very accommodating. Unfortunately, the catalog pictures not the reality. Normally, hotel were diapered showed, that we found rather less on the pictures. Locally we were all the more the whole complex impressed. Great plants, great pools. We had us in advance the choice really difficult to achieve, especially since we our 10 months young baby with us. But all areas are great with the strollers distance. Only to the beach the return trip to the hotel a bit more challenging, as it's uphill. ... A recommendation at the hotel would have in every room a kettle available. We were in Morro Jable bought one, around the baby bottles and mineral water for the milchflaschen auszukochen. Otherwise spotless, think to the great time back, we were not only welcomed friendly has been, but were always very accommodating treated. Thumbs up, also at the staff! read more

The condition of the hotel corresponds the expectations of a cheap hotel. The hotel was soundproof as a station concourse; in the rooms penetrate all flurgeräusche from the arcade. Overall the hotel a good fire (smoke alarm, fire extinguishers, evacuation routes sufficiently laid out and on current). The guest structure was mixed (3-99 years, spanish, german, french, dutch, english, little eastern european). Wifi is unfortunately only against a high cost fee you could rent. Plastic cups not fit to belong's claim of an environmentally friendly and sustainable tourism. The garden, grounds and the inside of the hotel are always caring ... well maintained. read more

    We had booked a suite. The rooms offer enough room and have sufficient cabinets and drawers. It was missing however at table-ware and cutlery which useless breakfast pantry. The beds very hard mattresses; remedy is only the use of the pull-out sofa beds, which we did for our child booked, said the still helpful receptionist. Unfortunately grille probably ineffective due to large turspalt to loud arcade.

    The atmosphere in the restaurant has something like food in a cafeteria; it is determined by a pflichtgemäßen mass processing with charm.     A landscaped pool area with a large pool, children's pool, children's swimming pool and big pool. However the decent and pleasant impression therefore clouded, that the large pool was too cold and therefore almost unused remained. The child care found mostly german speaking instead. The quality of care was tidy and met the expectations. The children mohten and respected the supervisors and carers; the attendant knew and realized immediately the names of children and related caregivers. The abenddisco was very child friendly and amusing. The tennis courts in good condition and will only rarely used. The fitness and spa area i can't provide any information, they make but superficially a good impression. During our stay, there were only a few liegestuhlreservierer present.

    The transfer to and from to the airport is long (back 1,5 hours, back 1.25 hours). In the 'city' are about 2.5 kilometer, to church 5 kilometer. the beach is good on foot within a few minutes walk (about 800 meters). A taxi costs 4 €from ' center ' to the hotel and 30 €from the zoo. The landscape is sparse, as if one would be in a science fiction. In february little was the matter, it was quiet and serene. The way on footh at the beach runs great and is busy. Parents should infants to the hand to take, because often utility on the wheel and footpath run. From below the information offices at the beach before the Iberostar intertwined textilefree sunbathers with tolerant textilbadern. A umbrella and two chairs cost 7€ per day. The water is shallow into the sea. During the tides is a naturpool; lovely for children.

After previous holidays in Fuerteventura in Costa Calma in the hotel h10 tindaya had spent, we had this time because of the excellent evaluation with holidaycheck decided for this hotel. This decision we regret it! The selection of dishes was rich, but not very tasty. Furthermore the warm dishes were mostly cold, the temperature was not regularly by the staff checked. The staff, whether in the restaurant, pool, entertainment, cleaning was very friendly. A large exception formed the staff at reception, what either by a fake friendliness deference- 'call centre' -friendliness-or in the case of a spaniard directly was unfriendly. ... An exception there was also here: a gentleman from the german-speaking area, the very much endeavored. We had unfortunately somewhat bad luck with the weather. It rained on 2 days bit steep, which unfortunately with brought, that in our room several times the water about 2 centimeter high-it was under the door gone through! Our complaint was from the reception extremely unprofessional and unfriendly treated. Because of the constant ' nerves' we reached finally, that us twice a member of the cleaning staff helped, the room dry holidaymakers and then we were given 10 towels to the water be kept under control. This lucky the other guests not-they had to mostly itself water shovel! Especially with chance of rain is this hotel really not recommendable! read more

We booked this vacation this time after 2009 'accidentally' there landed and were again not disappointed. This time suite for staff receive. Only the isolated location is for a or other surely took some getting used to. read more

It was our 3. time in this hotel and again pleased. Particular emphasis should be on child friendliness (for example. Care maxi, mini club ),friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel/pool area /included garden areas and the show program evenings. Dining is afternoons and evenings reasonable and diverse, there there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast. If you have an early on time is ok. From 8.30 a heidenchaos in the buffet area. The hotel rooms are very big but also now very run-down. The cleaning of the rooms is ok. Unfortunately still wi-fi for a fee ... and only in the lobby. The internet corner by prepaid overpriced. All together is this hotel on families and the month in winter on the generation 50 plus and for such recommendable. read more

A great hotel; suite instead of junior suite are, clean, large and in the best condition ; attentive service; the best tasting food, that we have ever in spanish hotels received; great pool with many pool chairs; unobtrusive entertainment; beach lots of stairs through the offshore hotel or a beautiful, but steep walk and this section after my vibe was not so attractive; a pleasant quiet hotel for those seeking and highly recommended; we had no reason to complaints or objections. read more

This hotel can definitely be recommended, except the beds! The mattresses are so hard that after the first nights do not know which bones most pain. This should urgently be changed. Apart from that you can't say anything negative. We were given a free up spines, a suite with a view of the sea, instead of a junior suite with garden view. Otherwise everything was to our satisfaction, a succesful vacation. If you quiet (no children) preferred, should one of the two neighbouring Iberostar hotels select. To the vacation period we would not book here. In january it is okay. read more

We were just passing through from the hotel and all around. Especially recommendable is the mini club. Tino, Katharina and Silvia have your thing really great made. Our son (6 years) wanted never something from the mini club know. Tino, Katharina and Silvia have managed, that our son only in the mini club wanted and the beach, the sea and the pool hardly any interesting (very much to the disappointment of my man: grin). Besides has Tino it, for us a cd from the mini club to procure, although they were gone. He has managed. This is what i call ... use. Many thanks to you Tino and your belgian friend mans. The entertainment for kids was simply great and always very polite and open. The food was also really good. However one noticed, if a other cook was there, there was considerable differences. But then the food still it was good. Altogether definitely recommendable. We would like to come again. read more

We can absolutely recommend the hotel. The employees are very friendly and everything very clean. Large and good selection of drinks. Also for the food should be somthing for everyone. Sometimes a bit chess seasoned. Near meat and fish the freshly prepared choose. We had 10 wonderful and relaxing days there. The food was tasty and varied. The rooms clean and well equipped. Our wishes like for instance. A travel cot for the smallest (5 months) were fulfilled immediately. With two kids at the age of 5 years and 5 months we felt very comfortable, it was totally family-friendly atmosphere. Especially we would like to highlight the entertainment team-make an real great job, the more deserves credit. All entertainers-ray, mans, kors, Lina, Isa, Katharina, Silvia and Tino-were good, thanks for everything. We would gladly come again. read more

A very nice badehotel, many animations for children and couple, without large noise, good connection to the beach and very nice promenade to Jandia. , bus connection, very friendly staff in the restaurant ( very attentive) and room service, as well as at the front desk. It was a very nice and relaxing vacation. Our kids (2+6 years) had have fun in the mini-club and mini -disco. At this point many thanks to all animators! They put a lot of effort and it makes the children/as well as the adults have fun. Are the children satisfied, we can as parents also nice place to relax. The only thing which partly to complain about is the quality of the mattresses! I am every morning with back pain woke up. My husband found the mattresses not so bad. Facilities clean and tidy. Sun screens and chairs were more than enough available the quality the alcoholic beverages is the best, as only mark things are being served! Service was perfect. Front desk imaculate! Very nice man at 15 january in the evening! \u263a \u263a children-and entertainment - there's no better way! (and we travel a lot). Room very big, clean. Fresh in the morning mixed juices. Evening a small disco. Only lacked free internet. Safe etwa 15 Euro/the week. We are definitely coming again! read more
