All-inclusive alcohol combined with cheapest. Only the beer was drinkable. The Cappuccino also-) einspeiseanlage for the tv channels is the time. Constantly bad picture. if you had a room at the generatorhaus, complain. Then there was a new room. Apart from that, have fun in the night. the pool was never use. Somehow i missed the tablets. if you can persuade to spa: the spa before judge tip! i ask myself only, where the whole armada came to mosquitos. They had the delight to me. the diving is the area just fantastic. Best reefs and good (not perfect) view. ... Good standards and friendly people. Clean area. Discover diving equipment in order. Night diving possible. i can recommend ducks diving superior. Conclusion: price/performance ratio was in order. For the price of about 500 Euro per week more promising. Unlucky. The hotel area was very large, with a beautiful garden with swimming pool and a private beach on a beautiful bay. The rooms are spacious And comfortable. The staff in all areas, by its hospitality. The hotel represents a very large site with various buildings for accommodation and wellness. Without any exaggeration this hotel is very clean and there are always cleaners around to make sure that everything is in good order. This cannot be overseen. The guests come from countries such as Poland, the Czeck Republic, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.     There ia one main restaurant which is quite large and one bar in the hotel and various bars on the pool and the beach. The quality and quantity of food and drinks is perfect. Eveything is clean in the dining areas and the cuisine is both tradtional and mediterranean and the offer is quite big. The waitors are all very friendly and helpfu and of course they would also like to have a tip.

    The staff is extremely friendly and alway tries to he of help to the client. They mainly speak German and English; to be hondst the knowledge of these languages for most employees could be improved. The room cleaning leaves the guest without any wishes. As I had no complaints to be handled I cannot talk about this issue.

    Ther is avery large pool divided into a small and big part. The samll part of the pool is heated up where you can easily go for a pleasant swim or whatever. The other large part of the pool is not heated up and the walter is quite cold. In the evening after the supper there is usually a night program with dances, theatre and music which gives the guest a lot of fun and entertainment.

    The distance to the beach is within a minute's walk, so very short. The next city and the airport are about half an hour away by bus. For excursion trips it is recommended to go to ElQuseier which takes you about 30 minutes by bus or to Assuan, Luxor and Abu Simbel which is much more time consuming.

We were there in the year 2013 twice (2 where. June/1 week. December) in this hotel. We like it here. The bay has a sandy beach, no footbridge. Everyone can in the shallow water without danger swimming or just splash (children). On both sides there are nice reefs with a large variety of fish, in the shallow water to admire are, and corals, the always smarten, snorkeling you further away from the beach. In the middle of the bay, is a seegraswiese with turtles, rays and with a little luck will have a manatee (dungong) observed and all clear water ..., if the sea not to moves is. When the wind is snorkeling possible, you can go to the opposite side of the bay and avoids the outer reef! The hotel is partly renovated. We had no noise pollution. In december were less guests in the hotel than the june (booked) and as it was quite familiar. The staff was very helpful and friendly. read hotel review

The hotel has a super nice sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The reef is the shallow sandy beach for snorkeling and divers wonderful. The staff are friendly and tried to make the tourists. The hotel is partly renovated but there is no noise The food was diversified and good. If you complain about would always find something. read hotel review

    Size sufficiently, unfortunately quite run down and worn. Very noisy through the thin and poorly locked connecting door to the adjoining room. Poor tv reception. Mini bar was not in use, no drinking water in the room, only for a fee despite all inclusive at the bars to buy. Bathroom with mold in the corners and the shower curtain. Ventilation clogged.

    Location right on the very beautiful bay of abu dabbab with beautiful underwater world (turtles, fish, corals). Transfer from/to the airport about 30 minutes. Unfortunately due to the politically critical situation with accordingly few guests almost all shops and stores in the hotel was closed, as well as no disco enterprise. Outside of the hotel area no activities.

The hotel is nice and has a gorgeous beach, get because of the bad food but a large drawback from us. I was already twice before in Egypt, but such a bad food i have ever experienced, down for this more. Guests were mainly Poland, few germans, austrians, italians and russians. read hotel review

    The rooms were in order and always clean. Our room was relatively large. The furniture was already a bit older, but it didn't bother us. There is a mini bar, not all inclusive is. A small bottle costs 1 Euro. A box Cola etc.. 2 Euro. Free water bottles there was only on the first day a per person. Otherwise there was a large water bottle for 1 Euro in the lobby are for sale. The bathroom was clean and the size was alright.

    The gastronomy can unfortunately we can't say much good. This is our only point of criticism, but for two weeks it is already very important. In my previous two Egypt stays the food was definitely tasted so much better and the choice i was from the previous hotels better. We have also talked to other tourists and nobody was loved the food. The breakfast was ok, here there was pancakes, omelets, different sweet pastries, yogurt, bread and as in Egypt usual little sausage and cheese, but in the other hotels not differently and in the country it is. Lunch you could either eat at the beach bar or in the dining room. At the beach bar there were always 2 kinds of pasta and a main course with meat, where it then either fries, potato chips or fried zucchini included. You could get a pizza to order, this was not all-inclusive. Cost 5 Euro, but it was okay. The food in the dining room was actually the same every day. There was always rice, beef, cooked vegetables/beans, pasta with tomato sauce, fish and a noodle casserole. Then there was a dish, always fresh angebraten and on the terrace was a grill. That was it then goes and repeated on the whole each day and the taste was the most of not very good. Furthermore, there were salad and some fruit and a large selection of desserts. Here there was mostly cake, but it was tasty. For a week you can perhaps above ignoer, but for two weeks the food after the first week not see more. Really a shame, since otherwise the hotel super is.

    The hotel staff is very friendly. Few words german nearly everyone could and not you could communicate in english. The room cleaning was good and complaints were immediately reacted. When we went on the first day the air conditioning system not and it was repaired right away. The service in the dining-hall was not so good, therefore a star reduction. There were all nice and friendly, but the tables were mostly not refilled, even when someone on the table had. Would be a problem, if the cutlery somewhere material would. However, this is not the case. All you have to do once the ' besteckmann' search, the somewhere in the dining room rumrennt and you the cutlery got. The 'clean' went as always very fast. Until you looked was the plate already away :-).

    The hotel is right on the beach. From the airport, we about 30-40 minutes. But always on, how many hotels were driven to. Back the transfer over one hour lasted. In the vicinity there is the Hilton Hotel, otherwise you will find except desert nothing in the surrounding area. There are other hotels, in larger intervals consequences. This was known and didn't bother us. You can find some excursions in the hotel over the tour operator book. We are camel ridden (local offerer), quad and a boat trip to Sataya Reef made, where it's called, you can swim with dolphins. We were told, that this is better than the Dolphin house, since there probably all be very strict and that there is the dolphins untouch must. The trip was 65 Euro per person and we cannot recommend it. First one is fetched from the bus and then drove 2 hours to the harbor, where you on the ship transfer. Then took it again about 2 hours, until it to go. You will be in several groups on motorboats divided, with which one then on ' delfinsuche' is. As soon as the dolphins are discovered, all jump from the boat into the sea and swim the dolphins afterwards. Dolphins we have seen, but this strike of course very fast. Then back up the motorboat and the same from the front... The excursion was inclusive drinks and lunch. The lunch was good. After the meal, there was a 2. snorkel course at a reef, which was nice, but in our opinion the 65 Euro not worth it. In the area there were a few stores for shopping. We are in the evening in the nearby port ghalib dangers. This is a newly built beautiful port. Here you can go shopping or in a café. But here the traders intrusive than in the area.

We loved this holiday. The employees especially of the restaurant made this holiday to a very special one. They were always helpful, friendly and gave us the feeling to be friends and not only guests. Special thanks we want to give to Mr. Mowead who provides us nearly every evening with nice coctails for the dinner and with wine in water bottles for the room. This was a really nice service. We enjoyed also the beach which was very clean. The employees take care of the reef so that everybody is able to enjoy the reef with its fishes, turtles. ... Unfortunately we had not the opportunity to see the dugong. Nevertheless the sea offers a lot of nice surprises while snorkeling. Thank you to everybody working in the hotel. Day 1 Full vorfreude we come after about 20 minute bus transfer in our 4.5 star hotel el malikia at. We need to have our bags in front of the hotel and went to the reception. Here we get our superior room allocated and the all-inclusive bands designed. In addition to the statement, that we have 9 a. m. the next morning with our tour guide meeting must, for our return flight to confirm. And all this in broken english. Strange, i have never heard, that the flight was not until the rep confirmed, but good. A welcome drink ... was also there, as well as stamp, the we on our suitcases before the hotel stick must. We were 2013 for the 3. time in this hotel. Price performance ratio fits. Drawbacks you need to make. With the staff we were very satisfied. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also the food was good. There is something for everyone. Beach is great, the reef was very rich. The water in the pool is in this heat very pleasant and will always return of staff with ke cleaned. In june has begun, the really partly analyzes sidewalks to renovate. Room: not on the newest conditions, television hard to use (but you're on vacation), bathroom was clean, towels changed ... daily. We were from 16-6-2013 until 30-06-2013 in the hotel! On arrival was allegedly no email before. The travel agent had sent and a ebenerdiges room due to disability-mates. Asked! We got the furthest outside, the room with the number 5036 new building! The room was brilliant. But due to the disability not acceptable! Routes to the restaurant-desk were very far! Many stairs and so on. The reception has immediately us a new room given by the pool! But this room had its' hiccups '. Door lock was broken and the room would not lock. Was on the 2 day repaired! ... Then on the 3 day we had all inclusive in the room. Bathroom. Toilet sponge over. Swimming pool in the bathroom ☺. However was then also repaired. As well as the tv service was 1 day! Also there was immediately remedied! When we arrived at the sunday. We learned that from monday the hotel anders is. New management and so on. As well as the guide also after 5 days has changed! In the restaurant were daily improvements to see-the food was always better.! The restaurant and bar staff was very nice! Helpful! Thanks to all! In the outdoor area were the ways new! You can tell that the hotel in the break. New management. Is. And it is totally hard! You should in our opinion-the new team management a ditch soutenant! You can see all these efforts! The housekeeping was also ok! We were not in the pool. But we can say that there was a beautiful pool landscape is and very clean! The beach is absolutely beautiful. We saw turtles. Dugon -manatee with baby. And a lot of fish with which you so great to swim! To the snorkeling and diving was absolutely super nice! The beach sand as in Karibik. Very clean from the beach boys held. The the reef great in mind-if no knock! Beach bar is ok. For the 'small hunger' acceptable! There is also a new toilet on the beach where is kept very clean. Up to few small 'piglet' where so many tourists leaves! Not good we find. The animation team! They almost never german. And everything we in italian and other languages held! In the hotel are while we were there about 5% germans. 45% east europeans. 50% italian been! We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience!     Very beautiful room, condition typical for the country, no coffee maker, only two bottles of water in the refrigerator for the whole week, should we fill it yourself at the bar, quite unsanitary, well... Toilet and bath the room was okay (but more merit of the room boys)

    The quality of the dishes was very hard to get used to, an absolute minus: almost no fresh fruit, vegetables were mostly from the day before, so for us not edible, such as bananas with coudlnt parts (not black, but fauligen!) Parts on the table provided, the vegetables from the day before either flabby or so dried out as backobst, but it is perhaps also a matter of opinion... Service we were never, never with drinks, as i said, the waiters had to do with the clearing. Everything, what you do not, was just cleared, so again, the same and detention and fast finish, if it is edible.

    Room cleaning is very good, thanks to the boy Osama, has their job very well done... , otherwise the service staff was very pre-occupied with themselves and their cell phones, for service we did not receive much.

    Entertainers were totally overworked. None of them spoke a word of german (at 70% german tourists), trendy parties found much later, or even not take place without information, money was quickly collect. Only with threat, that we the manager informed, we got the admissions back. Condition of the hotel ok, beach chairs and very hard, since no unterlieger. Umbrellas and showers ok.

    The best part of the whole hotel the location is the beach and the nature of the base (pure sand), we gave them full 6 points, shopping you can not, as in the hotel, totally overpriced (about the 3a 4-fold from normal in Egypt), no restaurants nearby, only reachable by taxi, not preisert

Last year we were already twice in a star hotel on looking in country in Egypt, know accordingly what you in this country to expect, but this holiday in this alleged star hotel was the purest disaster. - the food was not enjoyable (always cold and partly still raw, meat from the grill burned. ) No matter, whether beach bar or in the restaurant - from 12 days 10 days only breakfast (on two evenings after port galibh dangers to eat) - slabs out broken - plaster came from the wall down - dead animals in the hallways, the even ... after 3 days still there - room unclean - dirty sheets - shower curtain moldy - stains on the floor after 12 days there - klobürste bacteria centrifuge - curtains in room dirty, filthy, stained - the air conditioner was very loud - waiters partially very unfriendly - moaning if one which ordered - unfriendly reception - rip-off of 2 0 €to 8 0 €for a better room - staff bent - not for every guest there was a sunbed - pool freezing - beachboys reserve already in the morning at 5:30 o'clock chairs on the beach for other guests - bar snacks the whole day open, pigeons nibble already off - furniture rusty - cushions wet, stained, moldy - door handles in toilets loose - to 90% no toilet paper despite supposedly regular checks. (sign without control) - handrails at the stairs lose - guide unfriendly, no real help We on the day before our departure with a few the other guests, with the general manager of all the ills maintained, thereby helped us a guide from another travel agent (fortunately). He gave us to eat in the evening at the beach bar invited (you can if you want decent food make). But this could eat these disastrous holiday not reimburse. We have Sol y Mar 4,5 stars booked. We are very disappointed about this holiday. This hotel has maximum 3 stars, but for 4.5 * paid. read hotel review

12 time Egypt - never again this hotel!

For 12 years we will go to Egypt on holiday. This hotel is the 'worst' which i ever experienced. On the way there i had to the bags in a minivan through the side hineinheben, also in the hotel itself uplift. No one was helpful. On arrival - 20 Euro for sea view pay, although seen retrospectively-all rooms had an ocean view! Conversation with the general hotel manager - the staff had the money for private without the knowledge of the hotels is inserted. Both was the same day dismissed and the police hauled off. Money i got back from ... the gerneral manager personally. As it turned out, had these employees the front desk very many guests over months through this amount ripped off-a german tourists 15 Euro, another 60 Euro and so on. State of the hotel very dirty, restaurant in the morning and at lunch looked like a abgefackelten bahnofsrestaurant! No table cloths, no silverware, no napkins and so on. Tables greasy and totally smeared, you can see, what the previous guest has seen. Bröseln and other unrat you can even from the table to remove. Staff very unfriendly - only for single women and girls interested, no interest in guest. From 09:00 a. m. there is no white/ schwarbrot more-despite multiple one to get. Empty baskets for rolls etc. Just and not refilled. For a fried egg you can with a waiting period of 20 minutes only a chef stands for 600 guests. - meal! The terrace is without sun protection, glass with rusty eisenrand, full of dirt and trash-the door to the terrace we could only with the open, as the griffe and the doorframe totally dirty. Room service -08:00 to breakfast around 15:00 back to the room-room was not cleaned up! Crisp spanking new linens and kopfpolsterüberzüge were on arrival i marked, after a week still always the same bed sheets and kopfpolsterüberzüge. More do i need to cleanliness not say more. I am sure not picky and in the 12 years Egypt already experienced-this hotel offers only from dirt and rudeness! Even the Manger for the restaurant and other responsibilities, were in the early and to noon on the same dirty tables-a certain difference but there is-these managers will were served by the staff, get napkins, cutlery and document-even the tea or coffee is served. As a guest you should that everything yourself. On the journey day there is per person 1 bottle of mineral water - and that was it for the whole week! Minibar is to pay -1 drinks 0.33 coca Cola 2 Euro! read hotel review

    Torched, dirty, very many defective, safe not sideways-(you could directly in the bags) eingangstüre dirty and greasy, badewannenabfluß defective-no bath possible, up sink drain was broken-no water getting into, bin dirty never cleaned, toilet dirty, balcony door broken-not worn, balkonwände dirty, curtains dirty-grease stains, windows on arrival dirty-never cleaned. Channel a totally bad, fuzzy and grieseliges picture-one declined happily on the television. Minibar please content photograph-otherwise you for the return trip drinks in rechnunggestellt, which never consumed. In other to be payed for extra drinks please be careful-you only need the room number known and give it everything to her room registered. Direct payment at the spot is not possible. Coffee or the possibility to make tea isn't available. Very important-please take several plugs with - at night it wimmelt only in the room from mosquitos and insects. Red large ants come until 2. floor and to your room. Bed linen is only every 2 weeks be renewed-with us was at least within a week the sheets never been replaced!

    Pool cold water facilities reasonably, entertainment (all italians) can only italian or russian-speaking, animation programme to forget all evening shows are of the entertainment implemented-more than stümperhat -for children from 2a 5 years old-everything else is crap. Even in the egyptian evening entertainers make Bauchtanz - if you even 2 hours in Austria or Germany education-you can Bauchtanz better. Very few beach chairs and sonnenüberdachungen -if you are lucky to get you around 09:00 early a beach chair!
