We were a week to dive in Egypt. The diving school at the hotel you can't recommend, no advice, little interest in the customers. We are on the tour operator FTI with the duck divern go diving, which you can only recommend. Very friendly and extremely friendly. The nearby riff at the hotel is gigantic. It begins directly at the beach and it is worthwhile just with tauchbrille the many fish to observe.
We had around 26 degrees at 23 degrees water temperature, not too warm and not as cold as in Germany.
Because the hotel only about 20 minutes ... from the airport Marsa Alam away, it was worth it as we just for one week the cold weather to get away from it all and you can determine the time with holiday instead of long transfer. read more

Seven days in paradise, and the in february. A beautiful hotel plant with a maintained garden. The most valuable was. A friendly and attentive staff, and of the pool boy to the general manager.
Even the not at all red sea, but crystal clear water was pleasant for divers and snorkelers.
By the way we encountered not a single terrorist, on the contrary we felt during the previous wonderful Nile-drive always surely and well protected.

Located on the beach. Very clean everywhere. Service in the restaurants, bars, room etc excellent. All inclusive hotel. Guests Polish, German, Italian and smaller number of others including British. Majority of guests were older and middle aged couples with a few familities. Very few teenagers. read more

A beautiful, spacious hotel. Food. Something for everyone. The beach and the sea very good, lots of fish and turtles. For relaxing very good, also the animation is good, always there but not pushy.
The shop assistants are not pushy. Only drawback the super safari from the travel agency was a rip-off.
For jeep excursion (10 man in a Jeep. 1. h to a tie point waiting for other jeeps, then through the desert to the village) 15 minutes drive quad, 10 minutes camel riding, village visit, stars look, sunset, food and a show for 50 €, is not worth ... the money!
Every time we would to this hotel again. read more

The hotel is directly at the beach, the grounds are clean and spacious. The pool area is very big, but now in the winter hardly used. The highlight is the beach with its fine sand and watercolors to the Karibik remember. The Hilton area in the north has you in about 10 minutes. The bay is beautiful, the coral reefs. We are straight back and can only say that it was for us nothing to complain about. We were amazed over the kindness and atention of the staff. We felt like in a big family welcome. It was impressive, that it possible the hotel was also behind the scenes (kitchen, laundry) to visit. A sign, that the hotel had nothing to hide. The beach is really unique. read more

A wonderful stay in a paradise. Especially the employees and the hotel manager thank heavens. Every problem was taken care of immediately and their friendliness can't be beat.

Altogether great hotel! For some leisure offers like sauna pool or Tennis one must pay. I recommend no there laundry to wash me are a few clothes come off it.

The hotel is not in Marsa Alam, but in abu dabbab (circa 30 kilometer south at the airport). Except for three other hotels (and the desert) is nothing nearby. The hotel has next to the usual facilities a doctor ('clinic '), a mosque, a hairdresser, nail salon, as well as some shops. In the reason one must 'opening of the hotel' not leave.
The hotel is in its proportions really big. From a to the other end of one well and gladly 20 minutes. A constitutional so you can very good. And then one needs also the food is good ..., there is a large variety of food (mainly italian/european,
Sometimes egyptian) and the waiters are very attentive. These know at least after the 2. day, what one liked to drink. Vegetarians also not too short. Finally you can eat at the buffet do-it-yourself or special wishes comment, then are met.
The all-inclusive offer (beach bar, restaurant, pool bar) leaves altogether little room for complaints. Only a few things cost extra. On this however, you can also do (pizza at the beach bar instead of in the restaurant, special alcoholic beverages, wine in bottles instead of glasses).
Interesting was the service. Clearly super diving, swimming and snorkeling. With the diving i saw turtles, other saw goose. The prices for the diving are moderate, the equipment on-site rental or is included (diving 40, -€ diving course
About 240, -€). You could quad biking, camel rides, massages get, etc. Everything for a fee. One of the swimming pools is even heated. Apart from that a classic entertainment program offered, that doesn't bother you, us however also not really mitriss.
The hotel and the hotel room are clean and lovingly maintained. The trimmed hedges in the garden remember even the perfection of an english garden. The room service is brilliant! The daily
Surprises, whether it is the great towel animals, the petals on the bed, ready great pleasure. All really tried hard.
Only we found disturbing, that in the lobby smoking and this very, very lots of guests make. Also the internet with 11,- Euro per hour extremely expensive. You can this hour but on three days distribute. These two points of criticism verhinderen however not, so we this hotel

Instruction: the bus to Cairo doesn't ' about 6, 7 hours' (as werbewirksam as advertised), then at least 9,5 hours. The quite tiresome trip to Cairo is worthwhile nevertheless! You visit the egyptian museum, see the tahrir square, the Nile and drives to the pyramids and the sphinx. Admission prices, lunch, tour assistance, and bus ride cost 90, -€. read more

The hotel offers 325 rooms. There are bigger family rooms and some suites. Wi-fi is offered.
The hotel is about 7 years old, but very clean and well-kept.
We had all inclusive.
All age groups are represented, at our travel time predominantly from the german-speaking area.
Currently a new toilettengebäude at the beach built.
Contrary to other reports, the existing container constantly cleaned. Even here there is a lovely flower arrangements. read more

The hotel is quite manageable. There is a large lobby with reception, lounges, internet and billiard room (for a fee!, internet 11 Euro per hour), a bar and an on-site atm, where you can also change money could, but not necessary is.
In the time, when we were there, it was perhaps to 60% occupied, like all hotels in in the area. Mainly were german guests there. There were also a few russians, Poland and czechs, but didn't stand out negatively. We were the youngest there, the rest of the guests was from 40 years and older, which did not ... bother us at all. The hotel is clean and well-kept, as everywhere in Egypt you can however not with a german 4.5 star hotel compare.
We had booked all inclusive, which was definitely makes sense. Cocktails were not included, we have but nevertheless always and everywhere get. read more

Hotel with good location, many rooms with a view of the sea. Our room was on the first floor in the right wing. So quite close to at the beach with a view of the sea. The room was always clean and has been partially 2 times per day from the roomboy hashmat visited and gglf. Cleaned. This is a all inclusive hotel, which, unfortunately, internet was not included. Cost for half an hour 7 Euro. The guest structure was felt 50% german. The rest were british, russians, ukrainians, Poland, italian. Thus multicolored mixed. There this hotel from sonnenklar tv ... (FTI, Big Extra, 5 before flight) as a relaxation hotel after a Nile-cruise used (as we did), this is also no wonder. read more

We were very satisfied. Beach and sea simply great, fine sand, very clean. For divers and snorkelers a paradise, since directly at the beach a coral reef is. For holiday-makers who are in search of peace and quiet a paradise, for shopping the hotel is not convenient, because it in the more immediate vicinity no shops, restaurants or bars are. The pool area is very big, the garden very well-kept. We had a low cost room, the furnishings did not match the 5 stars, but it didn't bother us, were anyway only for sleeping inside. On the basis of the reviews we were rather skeptical, but our expectations were exceeded more as.
Beautiful, large area next to wonderful sandy beach included reef. Large, nice equipped room, large bathroom, it was daily super cleaned and in the daytime each t asked, whether everything okay would be.
Very nice, well maintained pool area, 1 pool was heated, so swim at any temperature there was possible. Also about the food we had absolutely nothing to worry about, neither in the main restaurant still the beach-snack bar ..., very friendly staff. read more

No giant-large 08/15 facilities, but very well arranged area. The staff (from the roomboy, over boys, service in the restaurant/bar, the men the front desk to the manager all very accommodating and friendly. Very easy going! Very clean and tidy. Wether in the room, in the restaurant or at the beach a very well maintained facilities. The dishes were all very tidy and delicious. Itself before salad, vegetables, fruit or ice cream you had to no stop.
From the hotel beach you can almost the fish in the reef view. For snorkelling and diving great.
You have to be aware ..., that you are in the middle of in the desert or direct on the red sea there is no city, next to the hotel is. For relaxation, for sun bathing and snorkeling but it is very suitable. You have only to water and can impressions hardly save. Fish, rays, turtles, manatee and dolphin - everything there!
Actually it should be our last vacation in Egypt will, but already for the return trip we knew, that we come back to this hotel are. Again and again! read more

It everything was great. The value for money is pretty good. The only drawback: the very loud music the entertainment at the beach! Otherwise is the friendliness and willingness to help the staff as something very special to be highlighted and there especially the room service. Every day there was the beds a new figure-built from the towels. Faults with the water pipe was within a few minutes after message at the front desk repaired. By the way the water could the teeth are used. Stomach and intestine had no difficulties. We are now the 10. time in Egypt and ... will definitely recommend this hotel. read more
