It is a large rectangular construction (the official hotel photo gives a round of optics) older. From the outside works the building ageing. The hotel's car park can be reached by a barrier and a short walk through the forest. Parking fees per day: 5 Euro for the hotel guests. The lobby is well maintained and pleasant. The house is for those seeking relaxation from Berlin ideal: direct location on the Müggelsee - running time by car from Ku'damm 40 minutes - very good value for money - great with a dog and for relaxing without anreisestress!

I was as part of a geschätfsreise in this hotel quartered. The single room was a double room single use with a balcony to the forest. Cleanness rather 3-4, since it very dusty and the carpet, as well as all other substances clear were showing signs of wear. The bathroom was way too small. Toilet inconvenient location behind the door, drain broken. The water window during the duschvorgangs and was only moderately from. In the room my counterparty, the same problem with the drain and the holder for the shower head, the leidert completely missing. In his room, however, it ... was a bit cleaner. I unfortunately cannot recommend. We had during our short stay be moved twice (once even at night!) , since we every time a so-called ' klopfzimmer' has been made. The room, in which constantly noises (for example from the ventilation system) wahrzusehmen are. As' compensation 'we' gracefully ' on demand the parking fees adopt. The complex is altogether very big, but spacious and seemed therefore well arranged. Altogether there are about 180 room available and about 10 meeting rooms. A large sauna area with indoor and outdoor areas for sunbathing, as well as a bowling-bahn are part of the hotel. Unfortunately is the whole area in many places a strong in need of renovation. This applies to the rooms ( stains on the carpet, moldy joints in the bathroom, dirty balcony), exactly like for the restaurant ( stained carpets, unsteady chairs), or sauna area (4 of 5 saunas were broken). The outdoor area looks ..., he would have to the surrounding forest belong. A great shame, because a few decades is precisely this outside area with a lot of love laid out. Guest parking right on the hotel only against parking fee 9,00 Euro per night.
In short:
Hotel staff very nice and attentive, cleaning staff rather pushy.
Location very nicely located directly at the Müggelsee, but apart from that no possibilities in the direct periphery.

An outdated hotel. You feel, that we were in the former east are. The staff's hospitality leaves much to be desired.
The location is great nice if you nature loves and peace is just perfect.
A particular meal possibility we stayed at the train station kopenick found. Super Doner, great service - really recommendable and the beer cost only 1.30. Something unusual environment, but clean and well. read more

A beautiful hotel on the lake; large free car park in 300 meters; to the parking back unfortunately noise through air conditioning. The good traffic connections to the city center is the distance to the center not a problem. One represents the car and drives with the public transport links. The hotel is large, clean, has a beautiful wellness area and friendly staff. read more

We spend a weekend on short-time-way. De in September 2012. During dinner travel's groups were preferentially treated. You could either to people to the table, outside food or 2 hours later the dinner nehmen. The service was quick. The captains bar is very recommendable. One was friendly and fast served.
The breakfast buffet was sporadically filled up. The waiters were easy overburdened with the clearing of the tables.
In front of the hotel you could for 9 Euro per day parking or the car about 500 meters away on a parking free parking.

I was on a business trip in this hotel and I am glad, that I no money pay had. Everywhere are spiders! Dead spiders are on the floor hanging on the walls, live animals crawl by the restaurant, at the window, come down from the ceiling and hanging by the chairs. Very unpleasant! On the rooms are small tag, the instructions, that spiders please do not scheduled to be killed, but please ecologically minded again should not be subjected to. Who spiders not like, will never feel at home. I could the window never open, from fear, that several spiders ... into the room come.
The food is carelessly, dried out and quality poor. Unlovingly presented without signs, fly romp around in the food and in (!) salad Dressing. The salad is totally collapsed and old.
The service is quasi not available. It is not or only rarely cleared, after drinks only seldomly asked.
The hotel was only partly ( luckily in the rooms) renovated. Apart from that but very hreuntergekommen.
In Berlin's supposedly most beautiful lake you can because of the bad quality of the water unfortunately not baden. The bowling alleys did not work.
