Excellent hotel. There was nothing to complain about. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a pity the wifi not in the entire hotel free to receive is. But only in the reception area. read more

We were already often in Dubai in various other hotels the same category, there could this hotel however not at all compete. Service not very good, breakfast nothing special, no free wi-fi, remote control for tv didn't work. For the aim the only want to sleep hands it however no more! read more

It is a wonderful hotel, you feel very at ease. For business in Dubai is, you have little time, but you can love to the hotel and also by the pool really relax well.
The breakfast buffet is very appealing, very tasteful and with a lot of variation. Fresh fruit and vegetables is abundant, also the lots of different breads and small treats. It is just recommendable. read more

Breakfast buffet was rather modest, in the room there is no slippers or bathrobe and pool is relatively small, beach chairs were old-it invites you not a, a whole day by the pool to spend. read more

The hotel is for a short trip really recommendable, taxis run at all times of the day and night at the hotel -if one where would like stretches you just the hand. The hotel offers besides a free shuttle bus prom Dubai Mall and jumeira beach.
The hotel lies close to the road, you can hear in the room but hardly hear.
The breakfast is sufficient, dinner you can in the hotel (every day an other issue), costs 80 Dirham (circa 16 Euro). Nearby there is also a shopping center where it almost foodrestaurents returns.
With a booked daytrip, we ... forget, however after two telephone calls we were quick with a private driver to the trip brought.
Perhaps even to mention is, the air conditioning is in the cars and public buildings quite cold-a tip: halswehtabletten and tissues for a eventual cold stuff. read more

For a four-star hotel I would have better service expected. The room was in the late afternoon not finished yet, so that we only after our evening trip could check in and also to the next days worked the cleaning of the rooms not. The same was altogether on the corridor fetszustellen, dishes from the room service was from noon until at night in the hallway. Many things were broken for example Sink drain and toilet drain ( the water ran 5 days from the pipe, without the something was repaired). Especially crass for us was the difference, since we ... from the hotels before other were used to.
It is a pure city hotel surrounded houses, so that never a lot of natural light the rooms comes.
The rooms were very large and well equipped, were standard. The breakfast was sufficient but monotonous. Good, if you the historic part explore would, good metroanbindung to the new center. read more

From the shopping center Dubai Mall and the burj khalifa about 10 kilometers away. To Mall of the Emirates about 30 kilometer.

The hotel itself was all right. The bathroom a bit small for two people, but the bedroom / living area
The bigger. ( seating area, desk, closet, kitchenette).
The breakfast was also enough. ( German standard). There was something of everything and one was full.
During full extent of utilization ... too few seats.
Please do not the credit forget. At check in a, despite good pressure, 400 Dirham loaded, in the case of the mini bar used?!. We didn't quite understand. This will be a but when checking out again credited.
Definitely a desert safari with arabian adventures book. Was great. read more

All in all, my friend and i very satisfied with our accommodations. The rooms were big, the breakfast buffet was big and of good quality, otherwise it is however not in the hotel to eat.
Also strange was, that the pub only from 21 is (why also always) and therefore not can be visited at soccer watch or to eat.
The fremdsprachenkenntnisse of the staff was rather poor but apart from that they are very accommodating apart from the staff at the reception, on our complaint, since the linens cracks had, unhappy.
Overall, it is just for a city break ... good and it is reasonable value for money! read more

Since we would go again. Transfer to mall and beach free.
Cleanliness in the hotel was perfect. Nice friendly waiters. Fitness room on reconverted into. Towels by the pool free. Safe in the room free. Taxi from the hotel to the Dubai mall circa 5 Euro. Day ticket for metro and bus circa 4 Euro. Thus one comes super everywhere back. read more

The hotel is very central.
With the taxi one comes in a short period of time everywhere back.
For example Dubai Mall, Festival mall, Jumeira Beach garden about 15 minutes for 6 Euro.
Out of the hotel, right around the corner, in a side street is a small

The hotel hotel four points by Sheraton downtown Dubai (mankhol road) is the cheaper the four points hotels in Dubai. metro and shopping malls are about minutes away, but in august, because of the temperatures, not recommendable is. It is a 'rta' taxi (with the colored roof) to take, the in front of the hotel or at the mankhol road (2 minutes on foot from the hotel) with handsign may be immobilised.

Rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff are competent and helpful.
A shower would be better, as in the bath only a window shower head is. Very uncomfortable. The fitness studio was very good. Device in the newest condition. The pool furnishings are a little outdated. read more

Since here already much too this hotel is written, this time only in short form. Yes, this hotel is just great! Clean, modern, very good breakfast, just by the Metro ( Al fahidi) to reach from the airport from (you don't even need a taxi, only costs 6.5 Dirham). This hotel is not one of the large Mega -hotels, also no small ' Glitsche ', simply just perfect. Here is simply right the value for money, if you are not in a mega -six star hotel needs. And with the Metro one comes perfect to all major mall's ( ... Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta. If I don't beach hotel in Dubai would, I will this hotel definitely again choose. read more

Large clean rooms / bathroom, beautiful restaurant and large Fstbüfett. 2 hours free internet the Wii cafe in the lobby or 1 hour €6. -
Beautiful pool at the roof with a great view.
As this is the first Dubai trip I found was only toward the end of the day out the taxis I from the staff genies more expensive than opposite the street by taxi sign. I know something of my usual vacation Destinationen. -
Nevertheless we had a nice stay and I can this hotel with quiet conscience recommend. read more
