General description: Ceja IslandCeja is a small uninhabited island located in the southern part of Istria in the bay of Medulin in the Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea. The islet lies about 2 km north of Cape Fran at the end of the Kamenjak peninsula.
The surface of this desert island is 0.183 square km, and the length of a coastline is 1.64 km. The highest point of the island is located at an altitude of 22 meters above sea level.
In the summer, the island can be reached by boats that depart from the nearby town of Medulin. During the high season there also runs a cafe there.
Ceja Island is a peaceful place full of scenic views, which is why it is eagerly visited by tourists resting in Medulin.
