Quaint Lodge in a good location with a good restaurant

Hotel Deer Lodge in Lake Louise Village, Alberta
The Deer lodge in the second row on the beautiful Lake Louise fits through their North American Lodge style very good in the mountains of the Canadian Rockies. The hotel is small and unobtrusive next to the right on the lake, grand hotel The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, whose location without a doubt is spectacular. The hotel is clean, especially the bathrooms, although a lot could have been carefully renovated, not been updated, in particular the carpets. The hotel has u. A.. A nice lounge.... Read more

The central, but a room not facing the street and therefore quiet but quiet Small town hotel in the style of Victorian Gründertage is different than a lot of the hotels I have seen that. This is only the arrangements on the Victorian style late 1800s. Well, for taste splendid arguments. But the hotel is very clean, you can dine on foot or a pub visit nearby restaurants. The Courtyard by Marriott in Edmonton is a typical business hotel (3 1/2 star) in very simple Hochhausarchitektur and has more than 170 rooms spread over 8 floors. The hotel also a clean and well-kept impression. As usual to pay separately the breakfast buffet.
The room with a view over the river was very large, clean, furnished sufficiently (no safety deposit box and mini-bar) and had a large bathroom. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Free internet seems to be standard in Al... Read more

The Lodge closes its reception at 11pm, then no. Problems (we are due to our rental car arrived at 11 :!5) unlucky!! Despite booking and Register. The staff was rude but not unfriendly. To the guest structure ... buses from Asia ("2 ) and rest of the world.
Well, that's really a problem we had the kitchenette suite. (3 Adults ) with 2 bedrooms. Indescribably--the rooms were safe from the still had, not remodeled (except one Bretterbord for microwave)old wallpaper edged. Improved with Stoffbo... Read more

The hotel consists of several lodges and a nicely decorated main building, in which you get breakfast and dinner. The Lodge was clean but simple and functional. The standard room was only partially to be recommended (p. Below) that will get you into the superior. Better off lodges more.
The Standard-lodge was very simply furnished, thin Pappwändchen and rather Jugendherbergsmäßig rustic, and dated. You should probably book Superior book to get a bit more luxury.
The staff was friendly and ... Read more
