Good hotel, but there is really no recommendation: why?

Hotel Courtyard Edmonton Downtown in Edmonton, Alberta
The Courtyard by Marriott in Edmonton is a typical business hotel (3 1/2 star) in very simple Hochhausarchitektur and has more than 170 rooms spread over 8 floors. The hotel also a clean and well-kept impression. As usual to pay separately the breakfast buffet.
The room with a view over the river was very large, clean, furnished sufficiently (no safety deposit box and mini-bar) and had a large bathroom. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Free internet seems to be standard in Al... Read more

The Lodge closes its reception at 11pm, then no. Problems (we are due to our rental car arrived at 11 :!5) unlucky!! Despite booking and Register. The staff was rude but not unfriendly. To the guest structure ... buses from Asia ("2 ) and rest of the world.

The hotel consists of several lodges and a nicely decorated main building, in which you get breakfast and dinner. The Lodge was clean but simple and functional. The standard room was only partially to be recommended (p. Below) that will get you into the superior. Better off lodges more.
The Standard-lodge was very simply furnished, thin Pappwändchen and rather Jugendherbergsmäßig rustic, and dated. You should probably book Superior book to get a bit more luxury.
The staff was friendly and ... Read more

The deer lodge in Lake Louise is located in the second row behind the famous Chateau Lake Louise, the old, traditiosnsreichen luxury hotel in Banff National park, whether you to confirm this, is certainly a matter of opinion. The stylish and cozy lodge fits the reviewers better in the breathtaking scenery around the lake Louise as the chateau. The nature Hotel links up to the time of the Wild West, the time of the first white Kundschaftler and, in this area and vorstießen settled.

Only rooms on the first and second floor, so not suitable for handicapped, the elevator was broken for months. There is no compensation voucher for the hotel own restaurant: lunch burgers-, China-the restaurant in the evening. Good Chinese food, with two nights you eat once almost in vain. Like most motels in Alberta, it was just so held, but broken tiles and stained carpets should you don't get worket up. A stone's throw away is the 'burger Baron' , since there were super delicious burger wi... Read more
