private 2 bed rooms different sizes (furniture fairly good for Armenia)
clean shared bathrooms hot water
Dining room also living room for guests.
Additional Room in the attic to sit togehter
lovingly decorated house: wintergarden with flowers.In the entry (lobby) 2 old pianos .The owner is artist (Painter) and collects music instruments.

The only positive thing about the hostel is the calm location.
Very basic and some lockers without function (out of order)
positive: good mattresses
Wake up-call promised BUT not done
noisy place at night
DO NOT STAY HERE because the place is in POOR CONDITION, NOISY AT NIGHT
Breakfast promised BUT sometimes not served or if served in a very poor style (just bread and butter)
not enough kitchen appliances
poor atmosphere
Centrally located, but in a grey russian styled block
