Airports / Car rentalAirport Cairo (CAI) This airport has its own acronym CAI derived from its Egyptian name Cairo Airport and ranks among the most significant airports throughout Egypt. Located about 15 kilometers from the city of Cairo, it is a very popular area with many tourists frequently spending a lot of their summer vacations or long weekends there at any point given in the summer.
Public transport
Public transportation in the capital city of Cairo is not usually recommended for tourists. The only exception is the metro.
There are many reasons why you should not take the bus in Cairo. For example, it is almost always very crowded there, and the local inhabitants will not miss a single free space on the settlement which results in packed buses. If you do get on the bus, the tickets can be purchased from the driver directly.
Cairo Metro is the opposite of the bus and advisable if taking public transportation. The metro is clean, fast, safe and cheap. It operates from 6:00 am to 24:00 pm (May-September until 1:00). The only period when a subway is full of passengers is during the time of Ramadan.

we were on the fourth floor (423 rooms?) and in my opinion these are the only 4-5 rooms (4... Read more

from the outside not so really beautiful to look at but OK.
but you spend more on inside.
from the inside not super chic but clean, tidy, offering a clear view and the wait (for whatever) more than pleasant.
Rooms are small, but it is only in the room is to sleep, more than enough and it is everything you need.
Service in the restaurant as well as at the front desk and room service are also very satisfactory.
as I only breakfast had, I can't say much.
except: breakfast is more than OK.
