beautiful hotel in great location - nature pure relaxation. Had all inclusive in the hotel booked. Everything is very clean. Many Canadians, some Italians, German, French
Large commodious King room balcony and TV. Safety deposit box in the room (Costs extra). Always clean and daily change of towels. Somewhat older Inventory but well maintained.
Very friendly greund staff, all speak English, the sales manager also German. Every day cleaning of the rooms. A dollar tip it worked even better ☺

The hotel complex is only by motor boat reachable on the landing stage at the crocodile farm Guama. This is a touristic complex, where it has this kind of port for the large lake and a crocodile farm,. The crocodile farm is a zoo with many crocodiles in different Altersstadien. the hotel is very beautiful laid out, our room in the 2 floor had fortunately also view of the sea in the direction hotel Pelikano. The room was brilliant furnished and also clean. Only the mosquitos in the night were a anhängliche plage. Otherwise we were very satisfied, just a pity. Germany there was almost no guests.

Casa particular has only 1 rooms. The room is clean, which in Cuba not always of course. On request you can breakfast and lunch or dinner have.
the room is small. 2 large beds are available. The beds are very high, so you can suitcase under the bed push. The air conditioning is very noisy.
in the bathroom there was no toilet seat on the toilet. It is only per person a towel.
