Trip Preparation
Fuerteventura is one of the seven islands in the Canaries. It is the second largest. It emerged from the sea over 21 million years ago. Its long coastline means it has the largest selection of
beautiful beaches out of all the islands. Perfect for a holiday with children, but also for those who love windsurfing and other water sports.
On the border
Although the island is only 100 km from the coast of Africa, is an integral part of Spain, and therefore a member of the EU. EU citizens only need a passport and don’t require a visa.
Climate
Visit at any time of year. Temperatures are perfect for walking and doing sports all the time. However if it is sunbathing you are interested in, then your best option is to visit during the summer months. In the winter the temperature does not fall below 18 degrees.

Like each of the Canary Islands, Fuerteventura also has its own typical dishes and products. The most noticeable is its different varieties of goat’s cheese. As for restaurants, you will find almost every type of cuisine on the island at a variety of different price levels.

If you have a room in the upper level with a view of the pool gets, you can be satisfied. The prospect of Costa calma is great. But it could be, that you have a room with a view of the outside of the complex is, then it was not inspiring.
