The hotel Tokyo Tower is located right underneath the Tokyo Tower, which makes it really easy to find. The hotel is right next to an indoor souvenir market. It has 160 rooms. They are all equipped with bath, shower, air-conditioner, TV. Check-In was quite late, we could not check in before 1pm. But they stored our luggage and brought it to our room. The Daiwa-Roynet is a very nice Hotel near the Shin-Yokohama station (max. 5 min by foot). Shops, bars and restaurants are near by. There's not much traffic in front of the hotel, so you can sleep very well without any nois. The staff is very friendly and willed to help in every case. The rooms have a good modern standard and they are very clean. There's enough space to life there comfortable for a three-week business trip. Internet is available and connection is no problem. we came across hotel kokusai while going through several booking platforms. and since the roomrate was quite reasonable we decided to stay there during our kyoto visit. the access to public transportations is a bonus. (nijo castle, one of the main attraction of kyoto is just across the street.) the room we stayed in was well equipped, with a great view. the only cause for complaint is the cigarette smoke in the air and on the sheet, even though we wanted a non smoking room.

The room is nice but the Tatami are worn out, the walls in some places dirty and damaged.
The futon is prepared around 09:30 pm, as I asked to prepare it earlier, I had to wait like 45 minutes for it.
