The entire area makes a very clean impression, but rather lovelessly designed and therefore seemed a bit boring. For our taste too big. Rooms and complex in the constructional condition OK but in certain places are repairs necessary, loose tiles, bad closing doors eTC.

the state of the hotel was very good. A new area with more interesting architecture.
we had then 2 rooms one for us adults and our recent son(5) and one for our two older. Our family room was right next to the bar, where evenings until about 2 o'clock, very loud music played. Quiet sleep before 2 hours? Wrong! This room you may not families with small children rent.

For the few place the hotel available had, it really is a great hotel. Especially the Oriental architecture and kind Furnishings are a real eye catcher. On relatively little space everything was necessary.
the lobby with the al Multaqa lounge are very inviting.
Rooms were tastefully furnished. Everything you needed was there.
helpful, friendly and quiet. Good service at the Movenpick Petra.

The mariott hotel Jordan valley dead sea is a large Arabic-style hotel. One finds several pools, as well as a chargeable SpA.
the ambience in the hotel is rather dark, but already refined.
however, we were with the service not satisfy the hotel is of a four star hotel.
the room was also dark with carpeted floors. Everything made a rather older impression. The beds were large, but you had the feeling on the mattress to swim.
