The hotel is formed by three complexes, U-shape. The two legs contain three floors of room, and the central part other rooms and two restaurants + terrace with bar. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was included in the room fare, plus complimentary newspaper. Guests were mostly businessman of various nationalities. I been to this hotel several times and always come back with great pleasure. The employees are very nice and helpful, rooms are always tidy and nice. Air conditioning is working very well. Sometimes I was waiting a little long for room service but you can always inform that you need them to rush and it will be fine. I recommend this hotel for all travelers who want to stay in Kuwait. This isn't a pretty location, but I love the hotel. It is a warm friendly place, like a cacoon. The pool is great. The walk to the water front is nice. There the restaurants and coffee places are good. All taken, I like it. Been there before; will go again. But, I am there for business.Not sure would choose it for a vacation place. The view of the desert and refineries isn't uplifting, except I work in oil processing. Read more
