Big disappointment in the summer vacation

The hotel is no worth 4 stars. It makes a quite sterile impression, it's not especially friendly, so that we are not at all comfortable. We have on the day of the journey a other Quartier found and have only 2 nights in this hotel used.
The building is a large block and only on the lake front side there are balconies.
The cleanliness the room and the complex was good.

Very clean hotel with high high factor. With bad weather there are umbrellas always ready. Also bath and bath towels for the sauna
Are available the selection of massages is varied and highly recommendable. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.
. Also for families with children suitable. Playground and water slide available. No disturbing noise.

we have already been on several occasions in this hotel. Our last stay developed to total letdown. Air conditioning did not function perfectly, dry climate bad us, as I had allergy constant Respiratory problems, the rooms were not very clean. The furnishings was part broken (outlets, LAN). The hotel has better days. Saved here is too much.

the hotel lies directly at a federal highway and is tight two years old. Very clean transportation to and from the hotel free parking. In the hotel then, make you feel very comfortable, especially in the rooms. The furnishings leaves nothing to be desired( flat screen TV, air conditioning, large and super comfortable bed, balcony, large bathroom and so on) despite Federal Highway, it is pleasant silent in the room. Hotel is in good condition. Spacious premises, wide hallways, optically attractive.

Superior room big enough. The bathroom was nice with bathtub. Is just NH standard.
staff are very friendly, with English one does not problems. Chic check-in/check-out without any problems and fast.
