We stayed ther for 2nights, were expecting more from 4*hotel.
Be prepared to pay at least 5euro per parking - there is no other possibility, +parking is also very small...
Hotel rooms could be more clean.
They have just few double rooms, so be prepared to mention while booking that you want bed for a couple...
Our bed was extremely uncomfortable (we felt every spring) and... loud..
Personal very nice and trying to be helpful, although knows nothing about places of interest.

Zamek Kliczkow is a bit off the beaten track, but that shouldn't put anyone off going there. I recently had the opportunity to visit this excellent neo-renaissance castle as part of a trip organised by DOT (the Dolnoslaska Tourism Organisation) and I had a great time.
The castle itself is surrounded by some of the last protected forest in the region and as such has a wonderful faraway feeling and some phenomenal views of the nearby countryside. That said, it's less than a two hour drive f... Read more

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for New Years last year and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a nice bathroom adjoining, the staff were very friendly and helpful, despite my poor grasp of the Polish language!
Food was excellent, and so was the service.
Jacuzzi and Sauna were an added bonus.

We visited Hotel Las in Szklarska Poręba during 2010, New Years 2010. We reserved the most luxurious room, called Matecznik "Niedźwiedzia" - luksusowy. The hotel was much smaller than we expected. Not nearly as wonderful as we had hoped. The service was a total sham. They were often rude. The swimming pool was very small. It looks like 25 meter in length on the pictures, but in reality it was not even half of that.
