When I check in hotel the ambiance is just like you are transform into colonial Spanish-era of Philippines. The facilities is equipped with WIFI Internet and cable TV. The food is a mix of Filipino, Western and Asian cuisine. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. Very convenient and cheap accommodation in a guesthouse in a downtown area Malate of Manila. Friendly staff. Basic amenities, but very clean. Continental breakfast in the morning. Starbucks cafe next door to reception. As a whole we were satisfied by our stay and would recommend this guesthouse for budget travelers. The only nuisance were construction works at nearest buildings. Read more

This hotel is far most the best I have tried in the Phillippines. Their price is reasonable and really good service. It is close to main establishement in Manila and even offer service for airport and other transport in different places, beaches in the Philippines.
