The hotel (rooms etc.) is clean. The furniture is outdated but also clean. The towels should be changed every 3rd day (and the sheeting every 5th day) but they were not. In hotel there is a pool, wellness "activities", playground (in a room), 2 billiard tables, air hockey, 5 computer simulators (2 of motorbike racing, 2 of rally racing and one of ski racing), mini-football ("table football"), you can connect to the internet via wi-fi or you can "rent" a computer (at a lobby only). The hotel is very clean, Location is perfect! There was varity of food choice.
Room was very nice and warm.
In the other reviews there are comments about smoking everywhere but as far as i am aware in Czech is legal to smoke everywhere so the hotel does not have to have a no smoking area.However in the resturant you were not allow to smoke wich was good. I did not see any one smoking in the health rooms.
The staff were freindly and very helpfull. Managers where availabel when needed:-)

the hotel is ok, clean and nice.
it's ok, the rooms are clean and big enough.
Excepting the cook, nobody speeks english. They are not very friendly or helpful if they see you are a stranger. they seemed pretty friendly with the czech guests.
this house it's rather expensive for what they offer you, and nobody tells you about those trains.
the food is good and the cook speaks english, so you can explain what you want.

Parkhotel is very well located, nice place in quite and natural area. We liked a short stay there. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpfull. Clean room with mountain view is really great. Breakfast was ok as well as buffet dinner including drinks like a beer, wine etc. It is a pity that sauna and pools were not open daily, we prefered to use this facilities more than we did. small, clean and neat hotel with friendly staff. all our requests were taken care of and the staff always tried to fullfil our requests
rooms and hotel interior newly reconstructed (exterior older czech style)
we stayed in 2 floors appartments, which was a bit difficult with small children, but rooms were spacious and nicly furbished
friendly staff, all requests handled with care. rooms might be cleaned more often
