Hotel with about 160 rooms with standard facilities. There was an extraordinary cleanliness everywhere, the almost to match excessive enough. We had all inclusive, other guess that doesn't count. We have been going about 8 years in this , have nice hotel. What we experienced but this year was a disaster. the rooms without air conditioning, bad food, flawed service. incompetence of senior Personal.Die outdoor seating for breakfast and lunch were by simple Garden with chairs. ROMANIAN guests could with free intended or bikini breakfast. The charm in recent years, have been totally lost. It is not west. The hotel was renovated in 2008 and from the first glance made a good impression. Lots of marble, TFT display with a nice sitting area in the entrance area. We stayed 7 nights with breakfast. After entering the room we unfortunately had to see that here not really cleaned. The worst part was the shower and sink. Here were the lime-stained with clearly past guests. We visited again in August this Spa hotel in the center of Neptun. The best thing about this hotel, still the Spa treatments in the complex doina. The applications can be booked already in Germany. The Spa treatment includes 3-4 treatments with sole and baths, massages, mud baths and much more. two friendly and competent doctors on site take care of the guests. Size of the room was not outstanding, but certainly adequate. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. We had bed and breakfast, and mother-in-law with don't go too overboard works. It was relatively quiet (off season). 3 + Star were adequate, small imperfections you can certainly be overlooked (not much hangers in the hallway, motion sensor - in the area, so not a bit dark at use etc. ).
