Ideal starting point for hikes in Samos. Highly recommendable: hiking leaves 'Samos to foot to discover ' by Maria and Heribert Joisten, in Kokarri Pinocchio. Katerina apartments in are centrally located, not directly on the beach, which I found rather than an advantage. Read more

The hotel Samos right on the quayside in the first row at the level of ferry investor and has been used for a total of three nights. The rooms are spread over four floors and have different decor standards. There were rooms with balcony overlooking the Gulf of vathi or to the backyard to choose from. The double rooms were functional equipped and are equipped with an individual air conditioning system, a ceiling fan, tv, telephone and a small mini bar. The furniture was new and solid, but part... The hotel is very well maintained. From the pool one has a marvelous panoramic view of the mountains. We have stayed there and twelve years ago would come again and again, if we come again to Samos. Read more

We have felt ourselves very well here, despite the daily hike of about 15 to 20 minutes the beach around 40 degrees. The near airport didn't bother us at all even though it is on the beach really neat could be very loud. All in all, a strongly recommended hotel, despite the fact that the room is not up-to-date, but it wasn't't a problem for us.
