The Liang at hotel Shanghai is a hotel with a appropriate value for money. From the outside the hotel appears to be quite Chinese and little west, but we were there felt at ease. The hotel seemed clean. In the 4 days of our stay we have only a French group seen. Otherwise there were many Chinese and Indians accommodated. The hotel we had with breakfast booked.

After the first complaint I received a double room in the 20. Floor the view was modest, however has a great view on the terrace on the top floor. The distance to the Bund really cozy 'within' walking distance, the immediate vicinity rather gloomy, with exception of the immediate next to 'old quarter'. The rooms are relatively large, had its best days already behind itself...

the hotel with its troubled past especially chinese businessmen visited and was in our day not fully booked, which was very pleasant was. It is optically (inclusive furniture) in good condition. I booked the hotel for 6 nights. I was rather the only Europeans, the hotel accommodated almost exclusively Chinese guests. So did some at reception rather difficult with English.
The sanitary facilities could be changed, as in some places rust press set. Otherwise was the room but OK, it was sufficient large, had a fridge, a heating/air conditioning what worked, was not noisy and cleaned was. after a week China, I wanted to it a daynight quiet strictly and booked this airport hotel. The hotel is something from the better which I up to now experienced. The staff friendly, the hotel manageable large and clean. The rooms with more than sufficient luxury equipped and bed invites for sleeping and relax.
