With about 300 rooms is the Helios Bay although not small, but also no huge bunkers. The atmosphere is familiar and warm. On service, friendliness and the cleanliness in this hotel was paid attention to. Despite that the season was almost gone, was not the "in" in the service to feel. The area was very well-kept and clean, neat, but not too small. During our stay we had an eclectic mix of Bulgarians, British and Germans in the hotel. To begin with, I did find it difficult with my recommendation. It is also not so that the hotel is really bad. In view of the existing possibilities (large hotel, nice rooms, sublime views) but too little. The service and specially the gastronomy I found was insufficient. I could not find it hard to recommend to a friend. Then rather 200 euros more packing and a 5 * hotel in Bulgaria or in a 4 -star hotel on a Greek island or something travel. But all the next thing. Via Neckermann Beforehand: We are traveling with "all-inclusive" and reports from "Nessebar Beach Süd". However, we question what Neckermann in its catalogs the hotel a plus awards??? - With 3 stars would be the hotel already generous!!! The hotel seems the outside already a years of "old". The hotel is right on the beach from Obzor, is very new, very clean, my knowledge only an all-inclusive package, which my girlfriend and I (20(w) and 24 years old)(m) used. The hotel has six, strictly seven floors via elevator (and there were several) easy access. The rooms on the top floor were only steps from the sixth floor. The hotel is located on a hillside and thus a village atmosphere. Due to the hillside location it is very lots of stairs, the disabled people and older people can be difficult. But here is the staff with its car helpful.
