the hotel complex is very clean, most people remain only 2a 3 days we would have been annoyed 2 weeks were optimal, we will come again and only in the Nilaveli beach hotel also came guests from next door to eat in the beach bar in the hotel before dirt couldn't bear it.
Room was simply great, every day 2 times fresh
towels, every day fresh bed sheets, in the evening was our bed always

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel with about 40 rooms. We were further 9 German guests since. A group of 5 French went straight. 3 weeks since we already on Sri Lanka and the standard of the hotel lousy met had, we were pleasant surprised.
new furniture, coffee machine, air conditioning, flat-screen, mini bar,
new mattress!
it was very clean, the rooms we were 2 times a day cleaned and sufficient fresh towels.
the staff were very accommodating.

beautiful located in a spacious area
clean room with lots of space, in the fridge you can brought drinks bunkers
very friendly, helpful staff concerning external issues( for example Weiterreisemöglichkeiten -on the front desk we could Tickets for the night train back to Colombo book)
snorkeling you can also good at the coral island, you will be by the locals at the beach addressed, cost 2000 rupees (boat trip inclusive snorkel-Guide)
