Hotel is good view from any room i reckon there are three floors in the hotel. Room is also spacious
Cleanliness is good

The hotel complex was advanced and scored with very nice location and beautiful views, however is the staff not always so polite and the service and the furnishings a deluxe room leaves a lot to be desired.
We had the bad luck a Deluxe Room in the old wing and the was in no proportion to the price: musty odor in the room, TV without front desk and antenna in the room (something I know only from the early Neunzigern or late eighties ), broken remote control, very thin walls, no window, very us... We spent only 1 night in this hotel, but it was OK.
we had a room at the back with window in the direction of a vegetable garden. Was nothing special. I can imagine, that the rooms at the front of the hotel a better view. the room was getting a bit old. In the bed a blanket, the was between 2 sheets. We have just not frozen, had the heating also. The bathroom has shower, toilet, washbasin, was a bit moldy and very small. Balcony we didn't have. A TV is available ( we had no German Channels).

likeable city hotel in steep hillside, well maintained and clean, pretty furniture, good beds. Above average dedicated manager.
Room rather small, the sanitary area was clean and in good condition. Pretty furniture.
the very dedicated manager jew makes each guest desire to his own concerns and done him competent, uncomplicated and Sri Lanka in unusual pace we felt as guests and not only as paying tourists.
