Hotel reviews for hotels in Sumatra
The hotel is right on the lake toba. Nice look and is for Asian standards, very clean and nicely furnished. The view of the lake toba is very relaxing. In the morning you can go and have a beautiful sunrise experience, but also the evening atmosphere is very nice. The food is for the number of guests not so varied, in the quality. At the hotel there was nothing to complain about. Everything you need is in the clean rooms, the food in the restaurant was ok, but could be improved, the staff competent and friendly. The center of the city, and its attractions easily accessible by foot. The hotel is ideal as a center for different tours and ideal for the first few nights in Sumatra. Read more

Jungle Inn is located at the top end of Bukit Lawang, right next to the river and the jungle. Each room has a different look and feel, all rooms with attached bathroom, fan and cold water. In the restaurant they offer delicious and clean food. A relaxed and comfortable place next o the jungle, i really can recommend. Prices range between 250000 up to 500000 iR. Jungle Inn has no own website, booking is possible by email bukitlawangtour@yahoo.com or info@sumatra-ecotravel.com. I also did the ... Read more

That is the recommendation from. The breakfast is simple (no buffet) you can typically for hotels in Sumatra choose between a rice or pasta dish or toast or pancakes. The complex is well maintained, there were enough beach chairs, the water in the lake is despite the general increase in fish farming clean and great... Read more
