generally a fair 4-star hotel (clearly no 5 star) with competitive prices in downtown Taipei. Take care, 4-lane streets on 2 sides of hotel can make the room loud.
Breakfast just fair, not too much choice for westerners.
Biggest complaint: whereas in most asia hotel WLAN is free, it is not free here. Miramar even charges per device (business notebook, iPad, smartphone = 3 times the charge). Rediculous!!! Read more
