This was our second stay at the Novotel!
Since we were there in 2009 total loved, we booked for 2011 this hotel again.
Unfortunately the hotel has gone downhill in the last two years.
You can see many flaws in the rooms. Just returned in the bathroom! You actually looks in the whole hotel with little flaws!
The pool area or the hotel was not as well kept as at the opening. I think that is a great shame.

The negative opinions here cannot be connected. It is a typical Thai resort, consequently Farangs are still a small minority, the check in here. We learn in and outside the complex Thailand know, as there may be other place former, before the main stream of tourists arrived. Everything will take its quiet, peaceful course. Now, one has time while on vacation. An experience is the typical Asian breakfast, especially the coffee cooking a la Thai...

The hotel captivates therefore, that there is still the original Thailand prevails, if you stay here a shopping center or bars is expected in the wrong place.
The complex is run by a Thai and someone from Germany led the family you every washed tried to meet. (We wanted to noon which certain Thai food which wasn't't listed on the menu. This wish was right on the same evening met by someone went shopping is, without the expected. Simply unbelievably)

For relaxation and good atmosphere and want to be well cared for, then you have come to the right place. For all questions and concerns we found an open ear and the friendly reception provisions have been made for the resort very much. Not overcrowded beach, a very beautiful with individually designed gardens in the single bungalows has contributed to a lot of relaxation. Read more

The hotel is very large, with lots of tropical plants and directly on the sea. A few kilometers north of Chum phon. Due to the many pools and waterways one has however a massive mosquito problem. I am anywhere in Thailand as often as high as here. The hotel was in the low season almost empty and was partly renovated. A self-styled eco hotel but is it not, when large parts of the garden then the construction debris everywhere lies about. The claim seems to serve, not on a contemporary standard... Read more
