Quite basic, but clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Trip possibilities in the January only by car, as it outside of bewtween and only a bus to Tunis, Carthage wrong. Read more

The rooms are in need of renovation, but very clean. Pool area, lobby and dining room seemed to have been recently renovated.
The breakfast buffet was well arranged, but all in all very tasty. The evening menu was always edible, single excellent.
The entertainers were fortunately only on the last two days with loud music.
The connection with public transport is a bit lengthy Tunis (about 1h), taxis are there but affordable (about ﾀa period of between six and 8). An advantage is the proximity ... Read more

Ich hatte Anfang April einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Hotel El Mouradi Gammarth gebucht. Die Buchung betraf meine Verlobte Frau Dr. XXX, tunesische Ärztin und mich. Mit der Buchung hatte ich angefragt ob es evtl. Probeme geben könne, da wir noch nicht verheiretet seien. No problems hieß es und ich erhielt den Hotelvoucher für meine Verlobte und mich.
Der Voucher wurde dann jedoch vom Hotel vor Ort nicht akzeptiert. Angeblich dürfen nicht verheiratete Paare in tunesischen Hotels nicht in ein... Read more

The hotel is not suitable for feeling good. You can sleep there. That was it then already. The complex in a slightly rotten condition. All the leisure activities leave something to be desired. Musty, slow and unfriendly... Exceptions prove the rule. The food... We are simply trying to save some of the poor... Awful... Both in terms of quality as well as variety...
