The Montecristo is the best hotel in town. I have tried a few so far :) Things I liked were that all rooms have their own style, rooms are clean, small sauna available, wireless Lan, Satelite TV, small fridge, very friendly staff..
Things that could be improved are the language skills of the staff, the acceptance of all credit card types..

Privet. Tsunami is a very nice hotel with stylish rooms in the centre of Dnepropetrovsk. The suites are AMAZING. Food was always good and the SPA is breathtaking. Desgined by German Architects is leaves no whished open. I´ve never seen so many different saunas, pools, treatments and possibilities. It´s really the best SPA I´ve been to so far.
