MSC Sinfonia

The Balcony Suite was amazing.It was clean,temperature control was excellent & it had everything you could ever require in a cabin.There were 3 movies available everyday,a well stocked mini bar & ample storage space.The bathroom wasnt as small as anticipated & shampoo & body wash was provided in a reasonable quantity.There was ample hot water.There was no hair dryer unfortunately.Towel were changed regularly.

There were plenty restaurants & bars.Quantity of food was excellent however quality was unsatisfactory especially at II Covo Restaurant.Cleanliness of outside buffet arears was poor & tables were not regularly wiped.Breakfast was excellent.Poor quality meat served at lunch however.Cuisine was Italian

Cleaning staff were extremely rude & we were yelled at.Cleaning staff also entered the room despite "do not disturd" sign being displayed.

Entertainment was varied througout the day & well into the night.The DJ was excellent.Pool activities were fun & entertaining.There was salsa lessons in deck aswell as musical chairs & other games.A pool olympics was held.There were ample bars & bar staff in the main entertainment areas.The theater shows were of highest standard.

Best travel period is summer.Take a hairdryer & toilet soap if body wash is unsuitable.2nd dinner seating is a better option as afternoon tea finishes quite late in the evening.Be sure to watch the theatre shows.
