Be aware of the guy in the ticket office.
In the afternoon of Dec 29, 2012, I wanted to purchase 2 tickets. It was a decent looking guy in the ticket office. I handed him a 20 euro bill.He quickly swapped my 20 euro bill with a 10 euro on the table. And pretended that I had only given him a 10 euro bill.
Since I had heard about similar stories about this ticket office, I directly told him that I knew his trick of stealing money from tourists. Fortunately I got my money back at the end.
