You can explore the Berlin Underworld with the Berliner Unterwelten e.v. It is a society dedicated to the preservation of underground architecture and history. They have a museum and offer guided tours through the undergroung structures of the city. There is also a documentary theater.
 
Seven different tours through the underground world of Berlin
They offer 7 tours each focused on a different area. These take you through WWII bunkers, flak towers, mountains of debris, subways, under the Berlin Wall and the deserted U8 underground line and stations.
 
Tickets can only be purchased on the day of the tour after 10am from the pavillion next t the south entrance of U Gesundbrunnen.
Tours last from 90 - 120 mins and cost from €6 - €13.
