Bibione BeachBibione Beach is a beach on the Venetian coast in Italy. This beach has the second greatest number of visitors each year and is an island connected to the mainland with a bridge.
The town is part of the Province of Venice in the eastern part of Venito, close to the boarder of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The Beach
The pleasure of reading a book, surfing, taking a walk, sailing, watching your children play, making new friends, learning the local dances and many otherthings can be done at Bibione Beach.
Bibione Beach is an 11.5 kilometer long, white beach with an average width of 400 meters. Due to its southward exposure the sun shines onto the beach the entire day.
The beach is ideal for families, as the ocean bottom goes down gradually, meaning more safety for children. Additionally, there are 22 coastguard stations with boats that ensure the safety of all guests.
Furthermore there is a children’s playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, footballfields, table tennis, archery and a fitness trail. There is something for everybody’s taste.
Bibione Beach is the first beach on the Adriatic Sea with a Customer Service center which will handle all guest complaints.
Other amenities include: Covered parking-places, a free shuttle bus that takes you along the coast, sanitary facilities, lockers, changing cubicles, and showers.
There are different sections of the beach, some more noisy than others. Lido dei Pini is a rather quiet beach, whereas Spiaggia is rather noisy.
Along the promenade of Bibione Beach you will find many Bars and cafes to enjoy and shopsto browse through.

The climate of Bibione beach is hot and humid during the summer, with temperatures around 35 Celsius. In the winter temperatures will go below freezing. The climate is heavily influenced by the nearby Alps and the warm winds blowing in.
