A place travelers can visit Campanile
Reviews: Campanile
General description: Campanile
The Campanile was designed by Giotto and is a free standing campanile which is part of the Florence Cathedral complex on the Piazza del Duomo. This bell tower offers superb views of the city of Florence and you can take photos of the city with the Duomo on it!Climbing the Campanile
The winding staircase of 414 steps takes you up to the bell tower and the viewing platform. It can get a little tight but it's worth it once you've reached the top. The tower itself is also beautiful with it's intricate carvings and many statues. The whole thing has been lovingly decorated with white, green and pink marble.
