Pears with Gorgonzola. Trust me it works! wonderfully. The lightest balsamic and cream mousse. The freshest scallops, delicious gnocchi and lemon curd pudding with cherry brandy. These were just some of the outstanding dishes that were served up at the "de Florijn" earlier this month. All accompanied by delectable wines - we choose to go with the chefs selection and it could not have been better.
