Description
It was built between 1732 and 1739 by Pöppelmann and Bähr instead of an older church. The sacral building, which was gutted by fire in 1945, was renovated between 1984 and 1990. The tower dating from 1859 can be climbed once again and, with a height of 87.5 m, it offers an impressive view of the city.
