Description
With approx. 3000 inhabitants, Herculaneum was much smaller than Pompeii. Only a third of the ancient city has been uncovered. Things which are particularly worth seeing include the thermal baths, the house of the Telephos relief, the Casa della Gemma and the college of the Augustales.
