During holiday season and in summer the Flower Market in Nice is very lively, with many restaurants offering all types of food. If you have limited French language skills and want to socialize I would definitely recommend Akator Pub. It offers live music in the evenings and due to its English style pub many English tourists and residence go there. The Pub also offers many promotions during and the bar staff are also very friendly.
