Description
The Frohnauer Hammer is a unique industrial monument. Back in the 14th century, water power was used here for metal processing. From 1657 to 1904, three 100, 200 and 300 kg hammers were used to forge tools or mint coins. The hammers are still in full working order today.
There is the hissing of bellows and the thumping of steam hammers
