Gitsch mountain is a 2510 meter high mountain sitting enthroned over the town of Meransen, belonging to the Zillertal Alps. You get on the mountain by taking the cable railway, after which you walk approximately another hour to reach the top, from where you have an excellent view on the valley and the Alps.
