We have been dealing with Robert via email and he has been extremely helpful and answers all my quires promptly. The tour is value for money. Our accommodations were great, clean, service was excellent. We stayed in Boulevard Hotel in Nairobi, Sopa Lodge in Amboseli & Samburu and the most amazing was Sweetwater Serena. The only disappointment was Kichikani Camp in Masai Mara, the tent is clean, basic and service was good. However the tap water smell of rust and towel is not clean.
