Description
The foundation stone for Godesburg, situated on the beautiful Middle Rhine, was laid in 1210 by the Archbishop of Cologne Dietrich von Hengebach. The present-day ruin had modern architecture added to it a few years ago, and has been home to a restaurant ever since.
