A place travelers can visit Grouse Mountain
Reviews: Grouse Mountain
General description: Grouse Mountain
General information:The Grouse Mountain was named by the first group of hikers who reached the peak in October in 1894. Back then it took three to four days to reach the top, there was also no bridge across Burrard Inlet. After the first ascent many other hikers started to climb this mountain and a group including Don and Phyllis Munday built the first log cabin on the mountain. Today the Grouse Mountain offers a variety of cultural, educational and outdoor adventures when visiting either during the summer or winter.
