Description
The tin-glazed earthenware in the Netherlands was famous for many years until in the 18th century cheap mass-produced ware from England killed it off. Today Holland again boasts eight manufacturers, with "Royal Delft" and "Koninklijke Tichelaar" in Makkum being the most famous.
