A place travelers can visit Madurodam
Reviews: Madurodam
General description: Madurodam
Madurodam is the smallest city in the Netherlands. It is a model of a typical Dutch town including all the major landmarks and Dutch buildings.Holland's smallest city
It is an incredibly popular tourist attraction and even the Royal Family enjoy a visit to their smallest city. In 1952 princess Beatrix, who was still a 14 year old teenager, was appointed as mayor of Madurodam. She didn't have any people to govern as the buildings are built on a 1:25 scale so no one fits in (other than the many plastic models)
