The Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site is a collection of buildings in the Sweet Auburn historic district connected to Martin Luther King, Jr's boyhood home.Visiting the home of Martin Luther King Jr.
It is possible to visit the house where on January 15, 1929 Martin Luther King, Jr. was born. The Ebenezer Baptist Church nearby where both him and his father preached can also be visited. Tours are run by the park rangers of the National Park Service and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The tour is limited to 15 people per tour and you must register at the Freedom Hall on arrival at the park.

Winter
Park is open from 9am - 5pm. Tours run every hour for 30mins from 10am - 5pm.
Summer
Park is open 9am - 6pm. Tours run every half an hour for 30mins from 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Admission and parking are FREE.
