Description
At the highest point in the town is the Romanesque-Gothic minster whose crypt opens out to the outside. The steeply sloping site demanded this tribute. Precious exhibits include the Gothic high altar and on the west wall a tremendous fresco painting by Martin Schongauer from Colmar.
