Located in Quebec is Montreal’s Olympic Park which was built when the Summer Olympic games were held there in 1976. It became the home of Montreal’s professional baseball and Canadian football teams. The stadium was designed by French architect Roger Tallibert and features very elaborate designs. The building is cited as a masterpiece of Organic Modern architecture and is based on plant and animal forms.The landmark stadium has the tallest inclined tower standing at 575ft that sits at a 45 degree angle and is the highest of its type in the world. Visitors can enjoy the spectacular views of Montreal and its surroundings. On a clear day, you can see about 80 kilometres away! There is the opportunity to take a guided tour ofthe stadium where you will find out the secrets and ins and outs of this masterpiece.
