Piazza Michelangelo
It is almost impossible to see all of the city's sights on a single visit. However, from the "Piazzale Michelangelo" you have the chance to see everything at once from a height - a unique panorama.
 
Visit for the view
The Piazza Michelangelo was built in 1869 by Florentine architect Giuseppe Poggi as a museum for Michelangelo's work. Instead it is now a restaurant and people come here to admire the views and buy replica bronze David's from vendors. People come here for the views not the buildings.
