As overseas visitors to Casale we ate at this restaurant regularly, originally on a recommendation.
The service was professional, the wine list finely selected and advice was helpful. The menu changed regularly, we sought guidance from our waiter and were not disappointed in the beautifully prepared food, all from the region. Being fluent in Italian (without making it known), I could tell that the staff were really intent on making each of our visits as comfortable as possible.
